• Opening Day starter at designated hitter where he made all 14 of his starts during the season, ultimately appearing in 27 games.
• Batted .237 in 59 at-bats with two home runs, four RBI and 11 runs scored.
• After going hitless in first seven appearances to begin the year, broke out with a 3-for-5, one RBI effort at Evansville (March 29).
• Notched season’s second three-hit day in a 3-for-4, two-runs scored effort at UT Martin (April 9).
• Hit season’s first home run in a 2-for-4, one RBI, two-run scored performance against Eastern Illinois (April 14).
• Filled in the box score in the SIUE series finale (April 23) going 1-for-1 with a two-run home run, walked twice and scored twice.
• Was 1-for-2 with a double, two walks and a run scored at Tennessee Tech (May 14).

• Made seven starts at designated hitter in 14 appearances.
• Batted .179 in limited action (28 AB), including .220 in his seven starts.
• Started at designated hitter in three of Govs over a four game span (May 7-11) and was 2-for-10 with an RBI in those four games.
• Went 2-for-5 against North Alabama (4/27) with a home run and a career-high three RBI.
• Went 1-for-4 against MTSU (March 16) for season’s first base hit.

• Played in 13 games, starting seven at first base, in first season at Austin Peay.
• Batted .250 with a home run and five RBI.
• First swing resulted in a solo home run against Eastern Michigan, Feb. 15, and he had four hits and four RBI in the season-opening series against the Eagles.

• Prepped at Hillgrove High School for head coach David Richardson, a Govs alumnus (1991-94).
• Helped lead Hillgrove to Class 7A state championship game as a senior in 2019.
• Two-time Second Team All-Cobb County selection by Marietta Daily Journal.
• Two-time Region 5-6A All-Region selection – first team as a senior and second team as a junior – selected by coaches and a two-time honorable mention All-State pick by Georgia Dugout Club Preview.
• Selected to play in Georgia Dugout Club Senior All Star Game after senior season.
• Picked to play in Cobb/Gwinnett Underclass All Star Game after junior season and twice a Georgia Dugout Club Underclass Top 100 selection.
• Ranked eighth among Georgia first baseman by Perfect Game.

• Reid Copeland Brown is the son of Barbara and Israel Brown.
• Birthday is August 26.
• Mother was a swimmer at Northern Michigan and father played basketball at Kennesaw State where he is a member of the Athletics Hall of Fame.
• A marketing major.
