Under head coach Mike Policastro was a pitcher… made 13 appearances his sophomore year… posted a 3-1 record over 36 innings, striking out 32 and limiting opponents to a .252 batting average… threw one shut-out… prepped at Soddy Daisy High School where he was an all-district and all-region selection.

Zane Scott Leffew is the son of Scott and Robin Leffew… born Sept. 15… has a young brother, Jake… a psychology major.
