2010 (Junior Season)

• One of only two players – along with Nikki Doyle – to see action in every set of campaign (126 sets in 34 matches)
• As team’s libero, finished season with 603 digs (4.79 digs per set), becoming third player in program history to record more than 600 digs in a season
• Finished season ranked 25th nationally in service aces (0.40 service aces per set) while also ranking 69th in digs (4.79 digs per set)
• Had 361 digs (5.16 digs per set) and 33 service aces (0.47 service aces per set) in Ohio Valley Conference action
• First OVC weekly honor, Sept. 6, followed her earning all-tournament recognition at IUPUI Hampton Inn Invitational with 46 digs (4.18 digs per set) in the tournament
• Earned following week’s OVC award after notching all-tournament honors at East Tennessee tournament with 58 digs (5.8 digs per set)
• Secured third weekly OVC honor, Oct. 4, after recording 44 digs (7.33 digs per set) in the Lady Govs victories against Eastern Illinois and Southeast Missouri the previous week
• Recorded career-high 33 digs in Lady Govs five-set victory against Morehead State, Oct. 15
• Posted 30 digs – her season’s second 30-dig performance – in five-set loss at Morehead State, Oct. 26
• Tied career-high with five service aces against Eastern Illinois, Oct. 2
• Had team-best 22 digs and two service aces in NCAA Tournament game at Illinois, Dec. 3

2009 (Sophomore Season)

• Played in 31 matches (113 sets)
• As APSU’s libero, recorded a team-best 492 digs, ranking ninth among OVC players with 4.35 digs per set
• Finished season with team-high 39 service aces (0.35 service aces per set)
• Recorded a career-high 31 digs against Morehead State, Sept. 29
• Credited with first career kill at Jacksonville State, Nov. 6
• Scored career-high five service aces in Lady Govs first-round OVC tournament game against Morehead State
• Again closed season with impressive burst, recording 100 digs in final five matches, averaging 5.00 digs per set
• Finished OVC play with 314 digs (4.69 digs per set) and 22 service aces

• Played in 26 matches (67 sets)
• Recorded 106 digs, 43 during Ohio Valley Conference play, averaging 1.58 digs per set for the season
• Had season’s best outing against Belmont, Nov. 4, recording 18 digs and four service aces
• Posted 60 digs in the season’s final seven matches, including double-digit digs at Murray State, Nov. 1, and against Belmont, Nov. 4

At CRYSTAL LAKE CENTRAL HS…

• Under head coach Doug Blundy, was a member of Crystal Lake High School’s 2007 3A state championship squad which posted an unbeaten mark (42-0 while dropping only one set) and was ranked sixth in the nation by PrepVolleyball.com. She led the Tigers with 267 digs (3.14 dpg) in 2007. Economos picked up all-state honors from the Chicago Tribune and the Champaign News-Gazette.
