As a freshman in 2023:

• Earned 15 starts across her 19 appearances.
• Her 1,263 minutes on the Governors’ defensive line were ninth on the team and second among Austin Peay’s freshmen.
• Made her collegiate debut in a 14-minute performance at North Dakota State, Aug. 25.
• Went the distance, playing all 90 minutes, for the first of 10 times in her first-career start against Morehead State, Sept. 3.
• Recorded shots in back-to-back games at Eastern Kentucky, Sept. 17, and at Jacksonville, Sept 21.
• Earned 14-straight starts between Sept. 3 – Oct. 21.

Career Recap: Liberty High School
Earned First Team All-Gateway Athletic Conference selection as a junior and senior at Liberty High School under head coach Heidi Kleekamp… Also was a Class 4-2 All-Region selection as a junior… Named Second Team All-GAC as a sophomore… Helped lead LHS to a Class 4, District 3 title in 2023… Received Missouri Girls All-Academic Team and GAC All-Academic Team honors following her senior season… Played for the club Saint Louis Scott Gallagher 05 which is coached by Shawn Hewitt alongside fellow freshman Vivian Burke.

Alexis Lily Shuster is the daughter of Jared and Jennifer Shuster… Has two siblings: Logan and Sydney… Her uncle, Chad Davis, played baseball at Ohio State in the early 1990s… Born April 18… Majoring in nursing.
