Clint Ham

A 25-year veteran of the United States Armed Forces, Clint Ham spent last season as a student-manager before being retained on staff as a special assistant to the head coach.

Ham joined the Army in March 1989 and retired in 2014, hitting 12 duty stations in all—including three tours covering six years in Korea and two tours in Iraq (1998 and 2003). He was awarded the Army Achievement Medal, Army Accommodation Medal and Meritorious Service Medal during a distinguished career, and attended Primary Leadership Development Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course and Advance Non-Commissioned Officer Course to enhance leadership capabilities.

In addition to his work with the Govs, Ham worked as a coach in the Clarksville area and with AAU squad Fort Campbell Snipers.

Already in possession of a degree in criminal justice administration, Ham will graduate with his degree in health and human performance in December.
