Prior to Austin Peay: Played under Sterling Neighbors at Pope John Paul II High School... Two-time All-Region selection, an All-District pick as a junior and was named Defensive Most Valuable Player in senior season as a Knight...competed in club soccer for St. Louis Scott Gallagher, coached by Mitch Bohnak... also played basketball, lacrosse and ran track in high school.

Personal: Daughter of Sam and Laura Dawson... has one younger brother, Joseph... father played lacrosse at Washington and Lee University... born June 7... majoring in physics.
