2022

  • Made 19 appearances, including 10 starts, on the mound and also made six appearances in the field.
  • Posted a 4-4 record with 57 strikeouts in 58.2 innings pitched.
  • Led the Govs with three OVC wins in eight league starts, striking out 35 batters in 36.2 innings pitched.
  • Began the season out of the bullpen, making starting debut in conference-opening weekend at Belmont (March 25).
  • In 10 relief appearances to begin the season he had six outings where he did not allow a run and posted a 3.86 ERA in 14 innings pitched.
  • Notched win in his Governors debut, tossing 1.1 innings of scoreless relief against Boston College (Feb. 20).
  • Provided two scoreless innings of relief in Govs shutout victory against Bowling Green (Feb. 26).
  • Did not allow a run in three consecutive relief appearances (March 5-11), striking out seven batters and allowing only two hits in six innings.
  • Made first start at Belmont and suffered the loss but bounced back with six strikeouts in 4.2 innings against Southeast Missouri (April 1), but did not factor into the decision.
  • Struck out a season best nine batters in season’s longest outing – 6.0-inning, 108-pitch effort – at UT Martin (April 8) to earn first win as a starter.
  • Notched season’s third victory with 5.0 scoreless innings against Murray State (May 6), striking out seven batters and allowing only one hit.
  • Picked up second-straight win at Tennessee Tech (May 13) with a 5.0-inning outing that saw him work around seven hits and four walks to allow just four runs.
  • Had a pinch-hit single in first plate appearance at Saint Louis (March 19).
  • Provided a pinch-hit two-run double at Belmont (March 27).

2021

  • Appeared in 20 games on the mound, starting three, and posted a 6-1 record with six saves in second season at Hutchinson Community College.
  • Finished the season with a 3.81 ERA and 56 strikeouts in 52.0 innings pitched and was named First Team All-Jayhawk Conference West Division and NJCAA Division I Second Team All-Region VI as a relief pitcher.
  • Batted in 38 games, compiling a .219 batting average with three home runs and six RBI.
  • Struck out a season-best five batters in each of his last three appearances, posting wins against Colby (6.0 innings, April 29) and in a start against Dodge City (5.0 innings, May 8).
  • Each of his three home runs came in season’s final eight games, at Dodge City as part of a 1-for-3 outing; against Highland in a 1-for-4, three RBI day (May 14); an against Allen County in a 2-for-6 performance (May 15).

2020

  • Batted in 18 games during the COVID-shortened season, finishing season with a .333 batting average, three home runs and 12 RBI for the Blue Dragons.
  • On the mound, posted a 2-0 record in six appearances, including one start, and struck out 18 batters in 11.1 innings.
  • Finished season with a five-game hit streak that saw him bat .333 (6-for-18) with four RBI.
  • Struck out season-high seven batters in 2.1 innings against Labette (Feb. 17).

Prep Career

  • Played shortstop and pitched for head coach Mike Lowe at Harrah High School.
  • As a senior, helped lead Harrah to the Class 4A State Championship game in 2019. Tossed a no-hitter in the state quarterfinals.
  • Named to Oklahoman's 2019 Little All-City baseball roster after posting a 9-1 record, 2.61 ERA and striking out 93 batters in 59 innings as a senior.
  • Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association selected him as a Middle West All-State team as a senior.  
  • Ranked the No. 7 shortstop in Oklahoma by Perfect Game.
  • Also was a member of the Harrah basketball team.

  • Tyler Anthony Delong is the son of Jennifer and Dale Adair.
