2024 (Junior)

• Played in 85 sets across 24 matches, making eight starts.
• Had 138 digs for an average of 1.62 per set. 
• Had a career-high 17 digs against West Georgia, Oct. 5.

2023 (Sophomore)

• Appeared in 18 matches for the Govs, playing in 49 sets.
• Had 92 digs over the season, averaging 1.88 per game. 
• Had a career-high of 14 digs twice against Lindenwood, Sept.1 and Indiana State, Sept. 1. 

2022 (Freshman)

• In her first season at APSU, saw action in 13 sets over eight matches.
• Finished the season with 14 digs and three service aces.
• Scored first collegiate point courtesy of a service ace against East Tennessee (Sept. 16).
• One day later, she had an ace and three digs against UT Martin (Sept. 17).
• Notched a season-best four digs against North Florida (Oct. 1).

Prep Career

• Was an outside hitter and defensive specialist for head coach Allen Whittinghill at Greenwood High School.
• Helped lead Greenwood to three-straight district and regional titles from 2018-20. 
• Led the Gators to three-straight Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) Elite 8 appearances. 
• Named a KHSAA First Team Academic All-State selection in all four years of high school while also being named an all-region and all-district selection as a senior.
• Had 216 kills, 234 digs and 100 service aces in her senior campaign.
• Finished her prep career with 234-career aces.
• Played for the club Southern Kentucky Elite Volleyball Academy.

Personal

• Emma Dianne Loiars is the daughter of Sarah and John Loiars.
• Birthday is Sept. 23.
• Has three siblings: Drew, Ryan, and Cate.
• Her mother played volleyball at Siena College and her father played baseball at Rochester Institute of Technology.
