• Had 26 kills in two seasons, with a career-high six kills against New Mexico State, Nov. 11, 2023.
• Totaled 240 assists in her two years, with a career-high 35 in a three-set match against Alabama State, Sept. 2, 2023.
• Had 54 digs across her freshman and sophomore seasons, with a career-high 10 at Florida Gulf Coast, Oct. 17, 2023.

• Gianna Andrea Malili Tagoa’i is the daughter of Christine and Simo Tagoa’i.
• Has one sibling, Courtney.
• Father Simo was a track and field athlete at Saddleback College. Uncle, Seau, played football at USC and spent time in the NFL. Uncle, Pulu Poumele, played football at Arizona and spent time in the NFL and CFL. Uncle, Joe Salave’a, played football at Arizona, spent time in the NFL, and now coaches at Miami. Uncle, Legi Suiaunoa, played football at Nevada-Reno and now coaches at Michigan State. Uncle, Eddie Tagoa’I, played football at UT Martin. Uncle, William Tagoa’I, played football at UNLV. Uncle, Levi Suiaunoa, played football at Colorado and now coaches at  Colorado Mesa. Aunt, Fala Suiaunoa, played basketball at Northeastern State and now is the head coach.
