Monterika Warren

Monterika Warren joined Brittany Young’s inaugural staff at Austin Peay as the Director of Basketball Operations, May 2021.

Before coming to Clarksville, Warren spent two years coaching the women's basketball team at Halifax Academy in Daytona Beach, Florida.

From 2016-2018, Warren played basketball at Bethune-Cookman University, helping the program to a 45-18 mark in her two seasons. Warren won a pair of regular-season Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships and helped the Wildcats make back-to-back appearances in the Women's National Invitation Tournament.

Before transferring to Bethune-Cookman, Warren spent two seasons at Daytona State Community College, playing for Brittany Young who was then an assistant coach. Warren was a two-time All Mid-Florida Conference First-Team selection while averaging 10.9 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game at Dayton State. During the 2014-15 season, Warren helped lead the Falcons to a 23-8 mark and a Mid-Florida Conference Championship.

Warren graduated from Daytona State Community College in 2015 with an Associate of Arts in Sports Management. In 2018, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bethune-Cookman University.

A native of Savannah, Georgia, Warren has two sons, Peyton and Payce.
