Career Recap:  North Harford High School 

Lauryn scored 5 goals and collected 2 assists against Hereford during the 2019 campaign. Lauryn helped lead North Harford to the county championship game. Lauryn played club ball for Skywalkers before moving on to the Phoenix Lacrosse Club during her senior season 

Career Recap: University of Maryland, Baltimore County University  

Lauryn played in 33 games, started in 31 games, scored 28 goals, 2 assists, and secured 26 ground balls. Lauryn recorded 11 caused turnovers and 159 draw controls. 

Lauryn earned America East Second Team All-Conference. Finished third in the America East with 5.60 draw controls per game and was 30th in the NCAA. Lauryn reached double-figures in the category three times, including a season-high 13 in the season opener against Delaware State. Picked up a career-high 13 draw controls against Delaware State, which was the second-most in the conference. During the 2023-2024 Season became 5th All-Time in UMBC records with 84 Draw Controls in a Season. In the 2024-2025 season, finished 8th All-Time with 75 Draw Controls in a Season. Finished 3rd All-Time at UMBC with 159 career draw controls. 

Personal 

Lauryn is the daughter of Lorrie and Mel Warfield and is a sister to Sierra Warfield. Lauryn chose Austin Peay for the great academics that will kick-start her future career and the opportunity to start a lacrosse program.
