Career Recap: Dublin Scioto High School / Impact Lacrosse 

Sophia was a dual-sport athlete competing in both lacrossse and volleyballl. During her time at Dublin Scioto, Sophia scored 311 goals and 103 assists. Sophia broke the school record for goals scored in a single season with 103, and broke the school record for goals scored overall with 311. 

Sophia was a 3x First Team All-Conference, First Team All-Region, and Team MVP Conference Player of the Year 2024. Sophia was additionally a USA Lacrosse Academic All-American 2024, USA Lacrosse Jackie Pitts Award Recipient, and 2024 Ohio Army National Guard Scholar Athlete Award Recipient 2024. 

Sophia played on Impact Lacrosse under the direction of Jill Byers-Matusz. 

Career Recap: University of Detroit Mercy

Sophia scored 10 goals and 8 assists for a total of 18 points. Sophia Started all 15 games. Sophia was named MAC All-Freshman Team, Athletic Director's Honor Roll. Sophia and University of Detroit Mercy made a conference Semi-Finals Appearance.

Sophia is the daughter of Sally and Dave Schwab and a sister to Avery Schwab.
