Career Recap: Austin Peay

As a freshman in 2019:

• Made 15 starts and appeared in all 18 games during her first season as a Governor.
• Scored her first collegiate goal in the 61st minute of 2-2 draw against SIUE, Sept. 19.
• Dished out assists on both of the Govs goals in a 2-1 win at Eastern Kentucky, Oct. 4.

Prior to Austin Peay

Attended Steven's Point Area Senior High, where she was a First or Second-Team All-Conference player throughout her entire high school career...Led her team in scoring for three of her four seasons, and was Second Team All-State selection... Helped lead her club team to the Wisconsin State Cup Final... Was a member of the Wisconsin Olympic Development Program for five years... Her performance at the Wisconsin ODP led her to receive two invitations to attend the Region II ODP Camp, spanning 13 states across the Midwest.

Daughter of Joe and Cindy Gemza... has two siblings, Joe and Cindy... born May 18... has yet to decide a major.
