Austin Peay State University Athletics

As a sophomore in 2014: 

• Appeared in all 18 games at forward.
• Delivered breakthrough performance vs. Chattanooga, scoring her first two collegiate goals.
• One goal came via penalty kick, the only successful attempt by a Lady Gov in 2015.
• Added an assist to open OVC play against Eastern Kentucky

As a freshman in 2013:

• All six appearances came against Ohio Valley Conference opponents.
• First action came against UT Martin, Sept. 27.
• Logged career-high 33 minutes and put a shot on goal at Tennessee Tech, Oct. 4.

Prep: Prolific scorer played for Tom Gorman at Oak Ridge High School… scored 76 goals and added 24 assists during her prep career… a 2012 TSWA and THSSCA All-State honoree, including District 3-AAA Player of the Year honors… all-district all four years of high school, and a three-time all-region honoree… set Oak Ridge freshman scoring record with 16 goals in 2009… played club ball for Josh Gray and the FC Alliance 95.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Leigh Monger… father was an Austin Peay football player from 1981-85, while her mother was an APSU cheerleader… has one brother, Steven, who played baseball at East Tennessee State… majoring in business management at Austin Peay... born Jan. 19.
