Travis LeBlanc enters his eighth season as assistant indoor volleyball and associate head beach volleyball. He first joined Taylor Mott’s staff in August 2016.
During his time at Austin Peay, Leblanc was named to the 2021 American Volleyball Coaches Association’s 30 under 30 list for beach volleyball. That same season, the Governors won their first Ohio Valley Conference Beach Volleyball Championship after defeating UT Martin in the title match.
With his help, the Govs won the 2017 OVC Regular Season and Tournament Championship, clinching the program’s second trip to the NCAA Tournament.
Throughout his tenure, the Govs have had 12 All-Conference selections on the hardwood and 11 on the sand.
Academically, the Govs have received four-straight United States Marine Corps and AVCA Team Academic awards. They also earned the OVC Team Sportsmanship Award following the 2020-21 academic year.
Outside of Austin Peay, LeBlanc plays for the Nash-Villains, an indoor professional men’s league based in Nashville. LeBlanc graduated from Middle Tennessee in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
