As a senior in 2018-19: Busy summer; got married to former Austin Peay volleyball standout Ashley Slay and traveled to Spain and the Czech Republic as part of Athletes In Action’s European Tour... did his damage in the first half of the opener against Oakland City, hitting all of his career-high tying five threes in the game’s first 20 minutes... in 100th appearance as a Gov, scored 15 points and hit all seven free-throws at USF... scored 13 points, including the 500th of his career, against Central Connecticut.; scored 13 points against Campbell as well to close his stay in Jamaica... on the first four-game double-digit scoring streak of his career after posting 15 points at Ohio... made season’s first start at Troy and rewarded coaching staff’s faith in him with 17 points in career-high 43 minutes on the court in an OT victory... equaled career high at the charity stripe with a 7-of-7 night at Alabama A&M... was on pace for a program single-game record with six first-half steals against Calvary; settled for a career-high and 17 points against the Warriors... averaged 14.0 points per game over a nine-game stretch from Nov. 11-Dec. 21... poured in 22 points, including six three-pointers, to help the Govs avenge an earlier loss to Campbell at the St. Pete Shootout... snapped a cold spell with 11 points and a trio of three-pointers at Southeast Missouri... trio of three-pointers at Eastern Illinois moved him into Austin Peay’s career top-10... earned first career blocked shot against Belmont... hit a quartet of threes in Austin Peay’s road win against Tennessee Tech... enjoyed a 22-point night against Eastern Illinois, including five three-pointers, and a perfect 7-of-7 at the line... set career highs in points (26), field goals (eight), three-pointers made (eight) and three-pointers attempted (14) in his Senior Night swan song against UT Martin... hit a trio of threes and added a career-high tying six assists to open OVC Tournament stay against Morehead State... scored 14 points in the OVC Tournament semifinals against Belmont, his final career appearance as a Gov.

As a junior in 2017-18: Increased presence off the ball and made huge strides during his junior campaign… during the summer, joined Chris Porter-Bunton at Athletes In Action Captain’s Academy to enhance leadership capabilities… made the start against Vanderbilt, his second in as many appearances against the Commodores… 14 points against Oakland City came on efficient 5-for-7 shooting… came off the pine for 12 clutch points against Troy, including a trio of three-pointers during the Govs game-changing 18-2 run… knocked down a trio of well-timed three-pointers to help the Govs topple UT Martin before a national TV audience… produced the best game of his Austin Peay career in a crucial road contest at JSU, pouring in 20 points and equaling his career-best with six assists against the Gamecocks… one of six Govs in double figures against EKU, scoring 11 points on 4-of-8 shooting… scored 19 points, hitting a career-best seven shots from the floor, at Southeast Missouri… for the first time in his career, led the Govs in scoring with 17 points at Murray State… scored 19 points, including the 400th of his Austin Peay career, at SIU Edwardsville in the regular season’s final road contest, hitting four three-pointers in the process… went off in the second half to spur Austin Peay’s comeback win in the OVC Tournament quarterfinals against EIU, scoring all 21 of his points in the final 20 minutes; also added a career-high six rebounds and tied his career-best with five three-pointers… Averaged 11.9 points over the final 11 contests of his junior season… after the season, traveled to Spain and the Czech Republic as part of the Athletes In Action European tour and was named to the NABC Honors Court, recognizing those men's collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the past season.

As a sophomore in 2016-17: Started out with a bang, hitting a trio of three-pointers in the opener at Dayton, Nov. 11… earned back-to-back starts against Oakland City (Nov. 14) and Northern Kentucky (Nov. 18), pouring in 15 points, all via three-pointer, against the Mighty Oaks while dishing out five assists… started and played 14 minutes in the Nov. 26 contest against Spalding… broke out with 14 points against Evansville, knocking down four three-pointers and shooting 5-for-6 from the floor overall… wrapped up the non-conference slate with an efficient 20-minute, six-point, two-assist effort at Western Kentucky, Dec. 28… started, played 31 minutes and hit the game-tying three with seven seconds left in regulation in the Govs overtime win at Eastern Kentucky, Feb. 1.

As a freshman in 2015-16: Started first college game at point guard vs. Vandy... Came off the bench at Indiana, hitting two three-pointers in 11 minutes... Knocked down two three-pointers and added his first career assist against Cal Poly... Had his best day as a Gov with eight points, three assists and three steals at North Florida... Hit a pair of threes in 18 minutes at Lipscomb... In 18 minutes, he knocked down two three-pointers at TSU... Played season’s best game to date against Belmont, knocking down to threes and adding five boards... Scored 10 points, including go-ahead three-pointer in overtime, against SIU Edwardsville... In a 34 minute performance, scored eight points against Eastern Illinois... Hit two three-pointers in four straight games (Jan. 14-23) after hitting just 11 in his first 17 contests... Earned his second career start, Jan. 27, at Morehead State... Made second straight start vs. Southeast Missouri... Took a career-high 10 shots, knocking down three three-pointers, at UT Martin... In the best performance of his young career, posted career-bests in points (11), assists (6) and knocked down a huge three-pointer to get the Govs within a point with under a minute to go at Murray State... saw four minutes of action in the NCAA Tournament against Kansas.

High School: Played point guard for father Charles at Fort Zumwalt North…stepped into the forefront offensively as senior after brother Chaz graduated…earned Missouri Basketball Coaches All-State honors as well as second-team St. Louis All-Metro honors…averaged 18.6 points per game…ranked seventh in St. Louis area in assists per game (5.8) while ranking fourth in three-pointers made (78), steals per game (4.11) and free-throw percentage (85.8 percent), going 115 of 134…shot 38 percent from three-point line in final season…four-time all-district selection and three-time first-team all-conference… as junior averaged 15.1 points and 4.5 assists per game…shot 54 percent from three-point territory on 118 attempts—made at least 40 three pointers in all four high school seasons—while also knocking down 91 percent (59 of 65) of his free-throw attempts…averaged 3.7 steals per game…career 85 percent (324 of 380) free-throw shooter…scored 1468 career points, second most in school history…his 481 career assists rank first and his 280 steals are second most…played major role in Zumwalt North’s 2012-13 undefeated Gateway Athletic Conference title, averaging 12.5 points per game along the way, in helping lead the team to a 22-6 overall record….was the 2013 tourney MVP for the State Farm Tournament of Champions and was chosen “Top 50” players in Missouri by MoSports Writers.

Personal: Health and human performance major…four-time conference all-academic selection in high school…married former Austin Peay volleyball standout Ashley Slay in May 2018... son of Charles and Venus…brother Chaz played at SIU and Northern Colorado and is now a grad transfer at Maryville (Missouri)… born Sept. 26.
