Record-breaking receiver Frederick named Athlete of the Week

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. ? Sophomore wide receiver Lanis Frederick of the Austin
Peay State University football team has been named this week's Copies in a Flash
Athlete of the Week.
Frederick had 11 receptions for 102 yards in the Govs season-ending loss at
Western Kentucky. It marked the fifth time this year that Frederick had more than 100
yards receiving.
During the game, Frederick also broke the single season record in both receptions
(77) and receiving yards (1,101). He broke the previous broke the previous record of

67 receptions set by Harold "Red" Roberts in 1969. Vince Tweddell had 1,033
