Record-breaking Castillo named Athlete of the Week again

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. ? Sophomore Bertha Castillo, of the Austin Peay State
University track and field team, has been named this week's Copies in a Flash Austin
Peay Athlete of the Week.
For the second week in a row, Castillo broke a school record, this time in the 5000-
meter run. Her time of 18:11.70 bested the old mark by 47 seconds (Lora Price, 1994,
18:58.08). It also gave Castillo the best time in the event in the Ohio Valley
Conference this year by 29 seconds.
The Austin Peay Athlete of the Week is selected by the APSU Sports Information

staff each Tuesday during the academic year. Copies in a Flash, of Clarksville,
Wk Student-Athlete,
