If you wish to pay in person, please stop by the
Athletics Department main office located
on the main floor of the Dunn Center.

Finally, if your employer matches your contribution
please obtain the proper paperwork from your employer
and mail to our office at the address above.

Once your payment is received, a receipt will be mailed to you at the address you specified. 

Please note, no member benefits will begin until full payment is received.
