CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – With softball's final regular-season series coming up and the men's gold team finishing their season less than a week ago, Austin Peay State University's Athletics Department and Five Star Radio Group present the weekly Austin Peay Coaches Show with head softball coach Kassie Stanfill and head men's golf coach Easton Key at 6 p.m., Monday at Buffalo Wild Wing on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.

Student-athletes Emma Thompson and Patton Samuels also will join host Brian Rives to recap a four-game week for both teams on the diamond.

Stanfill and the softball team opened the week with an 7-6, extra-inning victory at Tennessee Tech, Wednesday, and picked up a Game 2 win against Central Arkansas over Senior Weekend. 

Up next, the Governors close the regular-season with a two-day, three-game series at Lipscomb. They'll open the series with a 4 p.m., Thursday doubleheader against the Bisons before facing Lipscomb in a 5 p.m., Friday contest in Nashville.

Key concluded his first season at the helm of Governors golf with five Top 3 finishes in team events and a pair of wins which came against Murray State (Feb. 8) and Ohio (March 24). 

Presented weekly, the Austin Peay Coaches Show features head baseball coach Roland Fanning, head softball coach Kassie Stanfill, and various assistant coaches and student-athletes. Fans can join Fanning, Stanfill, and Rives every Monday at Buffalo Wild Wings, which returns for its sixth season as the host of the Austin Peay Coaches Show.
